Do you have water level sensors that can be connected to FieldKit Water?
We have water level sensors, yes! Water level sensing is included in the Distance sensor pack. You can deploy your water level sensor in conjunction with other FieldKit sensors, anchoring the kit on land near the water line. You could also combine a distance sensor with any of our water quality sensors in the other three sensor bays, you would just need to route the distance sensor further away.

How do I go about deploying my water station?
We recommend mounting it to buoys, docks, platforms, or bridges. It is important to ensure that your FieldKit case remains above the water. This is a consideration when deploying in an area where water level fluctuates seasonally. Additional guidance ...
Why is the temperature reading on my dissolved oxygen module different from the water temperature reading I'm getting?
The dissolved oxygen module displays a temperature and pressure reading when looking at readings in the app. These readings are not measuring the water that the probe is in but instead reflect the air temperature and air pressure sensors on the ...
I spilled the storage solution for my water pH probe. What should I do?
The buffer solution used to store the pH probe is important for maintaining the equipment through its lifespan, thus you should replace it as soon as possible. In case of a spill, the solution will not cause harm to the skin but should not be ...
Do I need to calibrate my sensors before using them?
Currently, FieldKit Weather and FieldKit Distance modules do not require you to calibrate them before use (i.e. they ship pre-calibrated from the lab). FieldKit Water modules (pH, Water Temperature, Conductivity, and Dissolved Oxygen) may or may not ...
